  3. Shipping the Item: Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  4. Inspection & Refund Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items upon arrival.

  • Incorrect products received.

For an exchange:

  • Indicate whether you want a replacement item.

5. Faulty or Defective Products
